Any distinct workload Cordant monitors for anomalies is a monitored service. This usually means a microservice, database instance, queue, or major API endpoint. You set the boundaries. A containerized app with 3 replicas remains one service unless you choose separate monitoring for each replica.

The free trial lasts 14 days and includes all Pro features. You do not need a credit card to begin. Afterward, select a plan or your account becomes read-only. Incident history and runbook settings remain available if you subscribe within 30 days after the trial ends.

Yes. Upgrades start at once and are prorated for the current billing cycle. Downgrades begin at the next renewal. If the new plan allows fewer monitored services than you use, remove services before the downgrade is processed.

Each integration receives only the permissions it needs. Cordant may use read-only metrics and log access for diagnosis, plus limited write access, such as creating PagerDuty incidents or sending Slack messages, for notifications and remediation. The setup flow displays the precise permissions, which you can review anytime.
